The fourth annual Media That Matters Film Festival features the work of some of today's most talented independent and youth filmmakers from around the country. The MTM04 Film Festival is a dynamic tool for promoting civic engagement and teaching a range of critical topics. These short films and new media works present real life struggles in fresh, energetic ways.
